Join Lapal Primary School as our next Head of School
The Head of School will lead and manage the school community, working closely with the Executive Headteacher and the wider trust. Responsibilities include day‑to‑day leadership, strategic development, operational management, driving high standards in teaching and learning, managing staff and resources effectively, fostering a positive, inclusive culture, and ensuring every pupil can thrive and exceed their potential.

Location: Lapal Primary School, Dudley, West Midlands.
Appointment: L12‑L16.
Contract: Full time, permanent.
Actual Salary: £67,898 – £75,049.
Working pattern will be discussed at interview stage.
Qualifications
