We’re gearing up for something big. Arcade is opening a brand-new venue in the heart of Covent Garden — and we’re looking for an exceptional Bartender to be part of our opening team.
Arcade is one of UK’s most ambitious and exciting hospitality projects! A dynamic playground where world-class chefs, bold culinary ideas, and vibrant guest experiences come together under one roof. As a brand incubator, we launch, operate, and scale original concepts that celebrate global cuisines and exceptional drink culture.
About The Role:
We’re looking for a talented and passionate Bartender to join the bar team of one of London’s newest, stunning and most exciting venues – Arcade Covent Garden! The successful candidate will work closely with all teams on the floor to deliver exceptional service while keeping bar operations smooth and seamless.
Working closely with our Senior Bartenders and Bar Manager, you will:
* Provide top-tier hospitality by building professional, warm and genuine connections with our guests
* Manage your section like a pro, ensuring smooth bar service and happy guests
* Bring a good understanding of spirits, mixology techniques, and classic & modern cocktail recipes
* Follow all Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations like a champ
* Attend briefings, meetings, and training sessions to keep your skills sharp
* Get the opportunity to be cross trained across all areas of the restaurant!
We'd love to hear from you if you:
* Bring experience in a similar role delivering high standard bar service
* Can make 5 classic cocktails from memory
* Are a creative thinker with a can-do attitude
* Bring excellent communication and rapport building skills
* Are passionate about bartending and creative when it comes to crafting and serving drinks
* Are a hospitality superstar who loves making guests feel special
* Bring strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure
