We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insolvency Manager to oversee and manage the insolvency process for our organization

Key Responsibilities
* Reporting directly to a partner
* Participate in initial meetings with distressed companies, working closely with Directors to identify the most appropriate financial solutions.
* Manage a substantial caseload of corporate insolvency matters, ensuring effective case progression.
* Delegate tasks within the team and oversee the efficient advancement of cases.
* Be able to manage WIP and provisions on portfolio and meet the monthly deadlines
* Provide training to your team members and ensure compliance with current regulations.
* Actively engage in the firm’s networking and business development initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* At least 4 years of experience in corporate insolvency.
* JIEB qualification is advantageous but not essential.
* Experience in attending initial meetings and successfully securing engagements.
* Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring less experienced team members.
