Job Overview
Trusted luxury boutique Travel Agency is seeking an experienced Travel Advisor to join their established, friendly team of Travel Agents, south‑east of Birmingham city centre.
We offer a salary of £26k-£30k per annum, dependent on experience, and a 5‑day rota Mon‑Sat (4 days may be considered).
Responsibilities
* Work face‑to‑face and over the phone taking enquiries from customers.
* Quote holidays and convert these to bookings.
* Maintain up‑to‑date product and brand knowledge and in‑depth knowledge of the company’s brochures and destinations.
* Handle dynamic packaging and tailor‑made itineraries along with package holidays.
* Provide excellent customer service, dealing with complaints calmly and diplomatically.
Hiring Requirements
* Previous current or recent experience of working in a travel agency for at least 12 months (for top‑end salary more experience required).
* Right to work in the UK.
Working Hours
Mon‑Fri 9 am‑5:30 pm and Sat 9 am‑5 pm on a rota.
Package
This role comes with a basic salary of up to £30k pa, dependent on experience. Additional benefits include education, discounts on your own holidays and tour operator incentives.
