Job Summary
WINEP Regulatory Delivery Manager
Salary up to £61,000. Hybrid working: 1–2 days in office per week, initially Bradford, moving to Leeds Valley Park summer 2026. Permanent, 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
Responsibilities
* Single point of contact for the Environment Agency on Yorkshire Waters WINEP delivery programme.
* Develop and implement governance processes, influence regulatory guidance and champion process adherence for WINEP and non‑WINEP environmental programmes.
* Track, report and escalated WINEP regulatory risks; provide technical guidance and lead key internal and regulatory progress meetings.
* Ensure transparent communications to build confidence and trust across the business and with external stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Experience in a heavily regulated industry (water sector experience desirable).
* Strong interpersonal, engagement and influencing skills.
* Business process mapping and improvement expertise (Six Sigma or equivalent).
* Analytical mindset, resilience and self‑motivation.
* Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
* Proficiency with MS Excel (Power BI desirable).
* Membership of an appropriate professional institution (desirable).
