Cyber Strategy and Transformation Specialist
Location: London (hybrid)
Salary: up to £100,000 (depending on experience) + bonus
In this role, you’ll work with senior stakeholders and executives to design and deliver pragmatic, business-led cyber strategies. You’ll help organisations build resilience, meet regulatory requirements, and navigate complex transformation programmes that enable new, digitally driven business models.
You’ll be part of a high-performing practice with significant growth ambitions, where you’ll gain exposure to some of the most challenging and rewarding cyber projects in the market.
What You’ll Do
* Advise executives and senior leaders on developing and implementing cyber strategies.
* Lead or support large-scale cyber transformation programmes.
* Design governance frameworks and risk-based roadmaps to improve cyber maturity.
* Support clients in achieving regulatory compliance and embedding cyber into business enablement.
* Manage delivery teams and projects in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years in cyber strategy, transformation, risk management, or cyber maturity assessments.
* Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g. NIST CSF, ISO27001, GDPR, NIS2).
* Strong consulting skills — stakeholder management, project delivery, and team leadership.
* Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, MSc Cyber Security, or equivalent) are desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical challenges into business language.
