Job Description
Trident Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist to join a community stroke rehabilitation service covering Hull and East Riding. The successful candidate will manage a caseload and provide high-quality care across multiple community sites and patient homes. A car and driving licence are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to stroke patients in the community
* Manage and prioritise a varied caseload effectively
* Provide support and rehabilitation tailored to individual patient needs
* Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Utilise SystmOne (desirable) for clinical record-keeping
Skills and Experience Required
* Degree-qualified Occupational Therapist with post‑graduate experience (3+ years preferred)
* Experience in community stroke rehabilitation
* Strong caseload management and clinical reasoning skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Essential Requirements
* Previous NHS experience
* HCPC registration
* Car driver with access to own vehicle (essential)
* Willingness to cover Hull & East Riding areas
