As part of our ongoing vision to be a leading digital authority, we are recruiting for two Business and Benefits Analyst roles. These roles will sit within our data and analytics team, working alongside our PMO, and will be key in enabling us to baseline our processes accurately and identify improvements across various areas to support service delivery and growth.
We are looking for individuals passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers through enabling large-scale transformation projects and with an interest in digital solutions.
About you
You will have experience supporting large-scale transformation projects that bring significant improvements and measurable business benefits by identifying, proposing, and initiating business improvements. You should be skilled in analysing and understanding multiple processes and problems, quickly developing credibility with leaders and staff at all levels. Outcome-focused, you will be capable of managing complex and sensitive issues and will understand partnership working.
You will embody our values of Pride, Passion, People, and Personal Responsibility, and demonstrate tenacity, positivity, and resilience.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include analysing and gathering data to document current processes and problems using relevant technology. You will run workshops to support data collection, research and analyse findings, and recommend solutions and improvements.
You will be confident in capturing and measuring business benefits to evidence success and will produce the necessary documentation to facilitate this. Additionally, you will work closely with Senior Responsible Officers, project leads, and project officers, providing training and support to teams.
For more information about the role, contact Claire Fewings (Project Delivery Lead) at [emailprotected].
We will not be accepting candidates who require sponsorship for this position.
