Are you an experienced and currently trained Tier Two NHS 111 Health Advisor looking for greater flexibility and a better work-life balance in Norwich or surrounding areas? Do you have at least six months' post-Pathways training experience and a passion for the role? Are you available for 16 to 37.5 hours per week? If so, we would love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
You should have recently (within the last 6 weeks) worked as a Tier Two Pathways/Health Advisor (Call Handler), living in England or Wales, with a suitable internet connection (minimum 20+ Mbps download / 4+ Mbps upload) and a quiet, private workspace. Although the role is based at home, you may need to travel to Ashford if circumstances change and homeworking is no longer feasible. Attendance at one of the sites for initial training and possible further face-to-face support or guidance will be required.
About us
As a homeworking Health Advisor, we offer an excellent support network, career development opportunities, a generous NHS pension, and a competitive pay framework. This is a hybrid role, and colleagues will be responsible for their own travel expenses when attending their assigned office.
