As Compliance Monitoring and Safety Engineer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory excellence while contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement, working as part of a dynamic team, collaborating on impactful projects that make a real difference.
What You Will Do:
: Lead and manage internal audits to ensure compliance with UK CAA Part 21J, 21G, EASA Part 145, and AS9100 regulations.
: Develop, implement, and maintain compliance processes, documentation, and metrics across the organisation.
: Oversee and manage non:conformances and investigations using structured problem:solving techniques.
: Actively participate in Safety Action Groups (SAGs) and support the implementation of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
: Control the audit schedule and manage key compliance documents, including customer Compliance Plans.
: Deputise for the Compliance Monitoring Manager and Safety Manager during periods of absence.
What You Will Bring:
: Strong understanding of UK CAA Part 21J, 21G, EASA Part 145, and AS9100 regulations.
: Knowledge and experience in Safety Management Systems (SMS) and leading audits.
: Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, or PowerBI.
: A quality:focused mindset with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
