Commercial Finance Manager 48,038 - 51,087 (September 2025 pay award to be confirmed) 1.0 FTE / 35 Hours Based at Falkirk Campus Permanent We are seeking a commercially astute Manager to join the Finance Team based in our Falkirk Campus, reporting to the Director of Finance. Key responsibilities: - Lead, manage and develop the College's costing function and be the key liaison between Finance and the Apprenticeship, Skills and Commercial department of the College (ASC). - Partner with Curriculum departments and ASC to cost and monitor new business opportunities. - Prepare and monitor the budgets and forecasts for ASC. - Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support commercial decision-making. About You: - Fully qualified Accountant (CIMA or equivalent) with experience in a management accounting environment. - Strong ICT skills. - Strong business partnering skills with an ability to influence non-financial stakeholders. - Ideally you will have experience of leading a team. - Proactive with a keen eye for detail and a commercial mindset.
