Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up and operate CNC machines (milling, turning, or both)
2. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately
3. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
4. Perform routine maintenance and ensure machines are running efficiently
5. Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards
6. Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
7. Previous experience operating CNC machinery is essential
8. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
9. Strong attention to detail and quality control
10. Knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic
Desirable:
13. Experience with programming
