* Performance & Delivery
* Drive engineering output and accountability
* Hold regular performance meetings and push progress against cost estimates
* Identify risks early and establish contingency plans
* Investigate root causes when issues arise and lead recovery plans
* Cross-Functional Coordination
* Work closely with engineering, production, and shop floor teams
* Ensure alignment across departments
* Challenge technical assumptions constructively
* Project Governance
* Monitor cost, scope, and timeline
* Maintain control in a non-process-driven SME environment
🧩 Candidate Profile
Essential Experience:
* 5+ years of project management experience
* Proven project delivery within the manufacturing sector
* Background in bespoke capital equipment
* Strong exposure to manufactured capital equipment projects
Critical Behaviours:
* Hands-on and practical approach
* Detail-oriented and commercially aware
* Technically credible with confidence to challenge
* Strong recovery and contingency planning mindset
