Role overview
To be successful in this role, you will be a confident, creative thinker with a broad range of B2B marketing experience, including digital marketing, events and content creation. You’ll enjoy generating ideas and take ownership of several key marketing projects and events for our specialist sector teams. Being highly motivated, you’ll utilise your excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills to build collaborative relationships with partners and members of the marketing team. You\u2019ll be adept at managing multiple projects, prioritising effectively, and collaborating seamlessly with others.

Duties and responsibilities
* Collaborate and advise client-facing teams on the best marketing approach to achieve their business goals, working with the Marketing Assistant, Executives, Senior Executives and Managers to provide strategic advice on marketing approaches to achieve them.
* Plan, execute and manage end-to-end omnichannel marketing campaigns (i.e. digital advertising, email marketing, social media initiatives), utilising relevant tools and platforms, with a strong focus on measuring and reporting ROI.
* Effectively manage and prioritise multiple marketing projects and campaigns simultaneously, whilst effectively liaising with relevant stakeholders and suppliers to ensure deadlines are met.
* Utilise strong copywriting, editing, and proofing skills to develop compelling content for the firm’s email communications, website, and social channels, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
* Carry out competitor research to understand market positioning and how to maximise strategic marketing campaigns.
* Use your initiative but seek help and guidance when necessary to effectively complete projects and tasks.
* Utilise Google Analytics and other reporting tools to analyse performance and suggest improvements.
* Use the Adobe Suite and Canva to design adverts, brochures, and create video content.
* Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all marketing activities align with and promote the Buzzacott brand identity and values.
Skills and experience
* Degree (minimum 2:2) or equivalent marketing qualification.
* Previous B2B marketing experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
* Experience of marketing planning and budgeting.
* Experience of campaign ideation, implementation, and performance measurement.
* Strong copywriting, editing and proofing skills.
* Project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Experience of working with senior stakeholders.
* Intermediate IT skills: MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Experience of website CMS, email systems, social media platforms, and Google Analytics. Experience with Canva or Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier Pro) is desirable.
* Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
* Good influencing skills.
* Displays ethical judgement.
