Are you looking for your next challenge in Further Education? Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of creative professionals? A thriving and expanding education provider is seeking a Curriculum Lead for Games Design to join its dynamic Digital Media team.
In this role, you will teach and lead on Games Design provision across Level 2, Level 3, and HND courses, while supporting curriculum development and undertaking general management duties within the Digital Media and Games department.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Games Design and related subjects (up to Level 3 and HND).
Lead curriculum planning and development in Games Design.
Provide academic and pastoral support to students, helping them achieve their potential.
Manage course administration and coordinate resources across the Games Design provision.
Support and contribute to the wider Digital Media curriculum area.Essential Requirements:
A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Games Design or a closely related field.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Maya, Substance Painter, and Unreal Engine.
A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
A genuine enthusiasm for education with the ability to motivate and inspire learners.Desirable:
A degree in a relevant field.
Experience teaching games development, digital graphics, and animation.
