This dynamic national practice is looking to hire an experienced corporate real estate lawyer with M&A and joint ventures experience to focus on the real estate sector going forward. Clients include private equity real estate funds, asset managers, developers, family offices, sovereign wealth and large pension funds, REITs and financial institutions. You will be advising on all aspects of the structuring, establishment, operation, restructuring, and exit of joint ventures, and other real estate investment structures.
