£75,000 - £85,000 + package
Fourblue are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager with strong NEC contract experience to join a forward-thinking engineering company who are innovative specialists in structural steel design, fabrication and installation, earthing, and mechanical installation for the UK T&D sector.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading the commercial management of complex projects under NEC contracts.
* Advising on contracts from the outset to ensure the best outcomes for all parties.
* Keeping a close eye on costs, forecasting financial profiles, and protecting margins.
* Managing change control, early warnings, and compensation events with confidence.
* Building strong client relationships as the go-to commercial contact.
* Driving timely applications, payments, and cashflow management.
* Supporting tenders and bids with sharp commercial insight.
* Producing clear, accurate reports that influence decision-making at senior level.
