The Technology Project Manager - Cybersecurity is responsible for hands-on delivery of technology initiatives across multiple technical teams and environments. The role focuses on keeping delivery moving, ensuring clear communication between business and technology stakeholders, and making sure technical solutions are delivered smoothly, on time, and to expectations. Experience with cyber-related projects and exposure to the financial or insurance industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

* Own end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies are actively managed.
* Drive day-to-day delivery activities, keeping multiple engineering, infrastructure, and supplier teams aligned and progressing.
* Translate business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for technical teams, challenging assumptions and filling gaps where requirements are unclear.
* Act as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, technology teams, third-party vendors, and suppliers.
* Track delivery progress, identify risks and issues early, and drive mitigation actions to keep delivery on track.
* Support delivery of cyber security–related initiatives, ensuring appropriate governance, controls, and delivery discipline are applied.
* Facilitate clear, concise communication through regular status updates, checkpoints, and stakeholder engagement.
* Coordinate testing, implementation, and handover activities to ensure solutions are delivered smoothly into live environments.
* Proactively chase actions, decisions, and information required to unblock delivery, without needing constant direction.

Skills and Experience

* Proven experience delivering technology projects in complex, multi-team environments.
* Strong understanding of technology delivery, including infrastructure, applications, and integration with third-party services.
* Experience delivering cyber security or risk-related technology initiatives is highly desirable.
* Experience working within financial services or insurance environments is beneficial.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Comfortable working hands-on with engineers, infrastructure teams, and suppliers.
* Able to ask the right questions, highlight gaps, and bring structure where detail is missing.

Personal Attributes

* Delivery-focused, pragmatic, and outcomes-driven.
* Clear and direct communicator, able to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
* Proactive and confident in driving actions and decisions.
* Able to work with minimal supervision while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
