Are you an experienced and established HR professional with a passion for driving cultural transformation and strategic growth?
We are working with a growing organisation seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead its people strategy and support business growth. This is a stand-alone role with responsibility for shaping HR practices, culture, and policies across the business.
What will the role involve?
* Partner with senior leadership to deliver HR strategy and best practice
* Provide guidance on all HR matters including employee relations, performance and workforce planning
* Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to exit
* Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and systems
* Lead on talent attraction, learning and development, and succession planning
* Support cultural change initiatives and employee engagement
* Ensure payroll and HR processes run smoothly and effectively
Who are we looking for?
* Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role (Head of HR/Head of People/HR Director or similar)
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
* Strong understanding of HR legislation, practices and processes
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Confident with HR systems and Microsoft Office
