Your new firm
An excellent opportunity for a Senior Corporate lawyer has arisen to join this thriving corporate team in either Bristol, Exeter or Plymouth. This is a pivotal opportunity to work as part of an innovative and collaborative team, with a focus on supporting Private Equity portfolios and Strategic Corporate clients on all elements of their Group Development, including designing and delivering bespoke acquisition and disposal programs, associated re-structurings and wider related work. The firm is happy to look at candidates at the Managing Associate, Legal Director or Principal Director level.
Your new role
In this role, you'll:
* Play an active role in the continued success and growth of the team, alongside an impressive client list and an ambition to continue building new and lasting client relationships.
* Work with large corporates and investment portfolios, General Counsel and law firms to design bespoke Business Transaction services to support multijurisdictional M&A and group restructurings, strategic growth/buy & build/divestment programmes and joint ventures.
* Day to day, you will take a solution-led approach, listening to clients' challenges and understanding their businesses in order to provide tailored advice and bespoke, premium solutions.
