We're working with a well-established regional contractor to recruit a capable Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of two live projects along the South Coast.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of:
* A £4.5m project in Lancing
* A £2.5m project in Worthing
* 1 day a week in Southampton office / flexibility to WFH one day a week.
The position would suit either:
* An experienced QS looking to take responsibility for a smaller portfolio of projects, or
* An ambitious Intermediate QS ready to step up and gain greater autonomy
Key Responsibilities:
* Commercial management of two concurrent projects
* Cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management
* Valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Supporting project teams to ensure financial performance and delivery
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction
* Ability to manage multiple projects or a strong desire to step up into that responsibility
* Willingness to travel across Lancing, Worthing, and Southampton (weekly)
