With a 3 AA Rosette Restaurant, elegant rooms and suites and a Luxury Spa, they are keen for a Head Chef to join their team. As Head Chef, you will be the creative and operational leader of the kitchen, responsible for delivering consistent 3 Rosette-standard cuisine while maintaining the highest levels of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Role Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day kitchen operations with a hands-on, service-driven approach
Create and evolve seasonal menus in line with the 3 Rosette standard
Train, mentor, and manage a dedicated brigade of chefs and kitchen porters
Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented with precision and consistency
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance in line with EHO and HACCP standards
Monitor and control stock, food GP, waste, and ordering systems
Liaise closely with the FOH and management teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Develop supplier relationships and champion local, sustainable sourcing.
Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a 2 or 3 Rosette (or Michelin) kitchen
Creative flair with a deep understanding of fine dining, classical techniques, and modern trends
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and quality-driven
Fully up to date with food safety, allergens, and kitchen compliance standards
Passion for mentoring and team development.
