We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the director across a number of associated companies. This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires exceptional multitasking skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks across multiple projects.
You will be the key point of contact for diary management, administrative support, and coordination of day-to-day operations. The role also involves liaising with external partners and customers, assisting with event management, and ensuring the smooth running of our office in Plymouth.
Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support:
* Provide direct support to the director, managing diaries, appointments, and schedules.
* Organise meetings, calls, and travel arrangements across multiple businesses.
* Maintain and update task logs, ensuring key priorities are actioned.
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Office & Business Coordination:
* Act as a central point for office management at our Plymouth office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Prioritise and coordinate tasks across multiple businesses and projects.
* Support internal teams with scheduling, document management, and general administrative tasks.
* Assist with partner and customer communications, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
Marketing & Communications Support:
* Assist with social media campaigns, posting content and engaging with audiences.
* Support customer and partner communications via email, calls, and meetings.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in office administration, PA/Executive Assistant roles, or business coordination.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal), confident in liaising with senior stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and task management software.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
* Experience in event planning or social media management is a plus.
