Pertemps are looking for Class 1 Drivers!Location: Whole of the North East: Newcastle, Northumberland, Sunderland, Durham, Stockton etcPay Rates: £13 to £27 per hour (paid weekly on PAYE only)What We're Looking For - Class 1 Drivers for various different contracts around the North East. We can accommodate drivers who are looking for long-term ongoing/part-time or ad hoc work. Full-time roles are also available.Your Responsibilities as a Class 1 Driver:
* Operate Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
* Perform regular vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance
* Comply with WTD, driver hours & rest periods
What You Need as a Class 1 Driver:
* Valid CAT C+E licence/LGV 1/HGV 1 licence
* Minimum of 6 months' experience with Class 1 vehicles
* Valid DQC and digital tacho cards
* No more than six points on your licence, with no DD, CD, DR, IN, or TT codes accepted
