Support Worker Role in Dolgellau/Tywyn
We're looking for MALE Support Workers in the Dolgellau/Tywyn area. As a Support Worker with Care Quality Services, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of vulnerable individuals through care and support. You will support people with diverse needs, including learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions.
Role Highlights:
1. Shift patterns include 24-hour blocks - pay - days and sleep-in nights, part-time (24 hours) or full-time (48 hours). We are flexible with working days, though some alternate weekend work is essential.
2. Salary of £24,492 per annum based on 2 x 24-hour shifts, with overtime available for holidays and cover.
3. Drivers are essential due to the rural location; the client provides a mobility vehicle for activities.
4. Opportunity to complete NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care through work-based learning, with potential for further progression.
