Our client is an exciting fashion and accessories brand who is looking for a Merchandise Administration Assistant for a 12 month FTC.
About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and motivated Merchandise Administration Assistant (MAA) to join our dynamic merchandising team. This entry-level role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career within merchandising, who has a love of sales figures, commercial thinking and product. You’ll play a key part in supporting the team to ensure the right product is in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Management: Maintain accurate product and pricing information across internal systems and spreadsheets.
* Reporting: Produce daily and weekly sales, stock, and intake reports to support trading meetings and business decisions.
* Stock Management: Track deliveries, monitor stock levels, and liaise with distribution, suppliers, and buying teams to ensure smooth product flow.
* Product Set-Up: Support new season launches by uploading product information, imagery, and attributes to internal systems and online platforms.
* Range Administration: Assist with range planning and assortment building, ensuring product samples and information are up to date.
* Markdown & Promotions: Support in setting up markdowns and promotional activity across channels.
* Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to the merchandising and buying teams, including ad hoc tasks, filing, and scheduling.
About You
* Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident using Excel and comfortable working with data.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong communication skills — able to work cross-functionally with buying, e-commerce, and logistics teams.
* Strong Excel skills
* Previous retail, fashion, or data administration experience (internship or placement year) is advantageous but not essential.
