Senior Care Assistant - Care Home at TieTalent. Join to apply. You will look after residents to deliver quality, person-centred care, supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You may support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. You will respect residents' dignity and preferences and contribute to a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment.
About You
You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You should be warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to providing individualised care. There are ongoing training opportunities to develop your career, with many Senior Care Assistants progressing into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer or nursing roles.

Requirements
