Facilities Coordinator – Building Services & FM Operations Location: West Central London Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Salary: £36,000 benefits About the Role: We are seeking an organised and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support the daily operations of a state-of-the-art commercial office in West Central London. Working closely with on-site engineers, contractors, and client representatives, you will ensure the smooth delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and soft service support throughout the facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong coordination experience in the Facilities Management sector looking to contribute to a premium, forward-thinking workspace environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day coordination of maintenance tasks and contractor activity Monitor and update CAFM systems (e.g. Concept, Maximo, Planon) Schedule statutory PPMs and track reactive tickets to resolution Maintain accurate site documentation including logbooks, permits, RAMS, and compliance records Support H&S procedures and assist with audits and inspections Liaise with helpdesk teams, suppliers, and client representatives Assist in small works projects and procurement of materials/services Provide admin support to the Facilities Manager and engineering team What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a Facilities Coordinator or FM Helpdesk role Strong understanding of building compliance and maintenance schedules Familiarity with CAFM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and organisational skills Health & Safety awareness and commitment to service excellence Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Desirable Qualifications: IOSH Working Safely or similar H&S training Understanding of M&E asset types and FM terminology If this role is for you and you are interested please apply now!
