As an Influence Director at Ogilvy, you will lead exciting and challenging projects in the beauty & skincare sector, providing strategic and influential campaigns that meet client objectives. You will manage influencer campaigns across multiple workstreams, oversee team delivery, and collaborate with influencers, media, PR, social, brand activation, and digital partners.

Reporting into: Business Director / Client Partner
Key Responsibilities
* Lead client service and day‑to‑day running of influencer campaigns, supporting managers and executives.
* Own the influencer process across accounts and strategy.
* Create and manage client budgets specific to your brands.
* Plan, run and attend high‑profile events in line with the brand strategy.
* Collaborate with senior team to ensure objectives and service levels are met.
* Lead the team on measurement & reporting, identifying and implementing improvements.
* Define industry‑leading influencer strategy: recommend objectives, targets, action plans, calendars, and budgets.
* Align and collaborate with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital, and other stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class campaigns.
* Develop client‑appropriate talent opportunities and relationships for the influencer program.
* Stay updated on cultural/social trends and customer views.
* Promote our influencer offering across the business, writing thought leadership and attending industry events.
* Lead additional projects such as new business pitches, market reviews, and competitive trends.
* Build trusted relationships with senior clients based on proven delivery.
* Work with the senior team to ensure cross‑portfolio consistency and share learnings.
* Communicate effectively with senior clients, providing counsel on industry developments and relevance to the ground.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Influence Director (1–2 + years at this level).
* Strong understanding of influence strategy and experience managing large brands.
* Interest & experience in the beauty & skincare industry (Nice to have).
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Solid grasp of the client’s strategic and business context to develop tailored solutions.
* Excellent collaboration skills, able to work confidently with other capabilities and crafts.
* Interest in culture, music, fashion or beauty.
