Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools (Luton)
We are currently recruiting an experienced Cover Supervisor to work across secondary schools in Luton. This role is ideal for confident individuals with strong classroom management skills who are looking for flexible work in education.
Key Information:
* Pay: £90 – £100 per day (depending on experience)
* ⏰ Hours: Part-time or Full-time
* Location: Luton (must be able to travel locally)
* Start Date: Immediate / upcoming weeks
Role Responsibilities:
* Supervising classes during teacher absence
* Delivering pre-set lesson plans
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
* Supporting students with their work where appropriate
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications (degree or education-related qualification essential)
* Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a secondary school setting (ideal)
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Ability to travel between secondary schools in Luton
* Reliable, professional, and confident working with students aged 11–16/18
Experience:
* Experience is strongly preferred, but strong candidates with transferable classroom experience will be considered
