Homes for Students is the UK’s leading provider of student accommodation. We currently have a vacancy for a Painter at our Seren property in Swansea working 40 hours per week on a tempoary basis. The role involves preparing and painting student rooms, communal areas, and general touch-up work to maintain a high standard throughout the property. You will work closely with the wider maintenance team to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents. Key Responsibilities: Painting and decorating rooms and communal areas Surface preparation, filling, sanding, and finishing Carrying out minor maintenance tasks as required Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring work areas are kept tidy Supporting the team during room turnaround periods Requirements: Previous painting/decorating experience Good attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude What’s on offer: Generous holiday package of 25 days, plus bank holidays, to recharge and enjoy life outside of work (pro rata for our part time colleagues) Access to a range of exclusive retail discounts to make your money go further.
