What Youll Be Doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
Youll be working closely with one of the Senior Consultants as their 2nd in command, getting stuck in to support them whilst soaking up all their knowledge to develop your own career and earn life changing money. Heres a taste of what your day could look like:
: Finding leads (new businesses and opportunities) in the cyber security world.
: Supporting on client calls and meetings to understand exactly what type of candidates our clients need.
: Head hunting those candidates : sourcing, speaking to, and guiding candidates through their job search.
: Writing engaging job ads and other bits of marketing and digital outreach.
: Growing your network of cyber security experts on LinkedIn and becoming known as a subject matter expert in your specialism.
Youll get plenty of training and support, with a clear path to becoming a full Consultant as part of the fast:track program. Plus, youll contribute to placements from day one and earn uncapped commission
