Role Overview As a Cover Supervisor, you will take responsibility for delivering pre-prepared lesson materials, ensuring students remain on task and engaged throughout the session. You will help maintain a calm, structured learning environment, manage behaviour in line with school policies, and provide support where needed. Key Responsibilities Supervise classes in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring continuity of learning. Keep students focused on their set work and encourage positive participation.
