ACR is working with a growing Facilities Management business, due to a growing portfolio, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Contract Manager (FM) to join their team in Peterborough.
This is a great opportunity for a driven and commercially aware Facilities Management Contract Manager to take ownership of multiple contracts, lead teams and subcontractors and play a key role in upholding exceptional service standards across nationwide projects.
Facilities Contract Manager’s Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day management of facilities and project contracts, ensuring high levels of service delivery and operational performance.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for contract management and project delivery.
• Monitor contract performance, financials, estimating, pricing and cost control to maximise profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, company procedures and industry regulations across all projects.
• Review technical drawings, construction documentation and project specifications to ensure compliance and feasibility.
• Produce reports, contract updates and performance analysis to support operational improvements and account growth.
• Travel across UK sites as required to support project delivery and client requirements.
Skills & Experience Required as a Facilities Contract Manager:
• Proven experience within Facilities Management, Contract Management, Construction or Project Management environments.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing subcontractors, engineers, suppliers and client relationships.
• Commercial awareness with experience in estimating, pricing, budgeting and financial monitoring.
• Good understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance within FM and construction environments.
• Relevant qualifications within Facilities Management, Construction or a related discipline would be advantageous (e.g. CSCS Manager Card, SMSTS or SSSTS certification).
• Proficient IT skills and experience producing reports and contract documentation.
