The ideal candidate will be confident, empathetic, and well-organized, with a strong background in tenant or customer liaison within a social housing or construction setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for residents during works
Arrange appointments and communicate schedules clearly
Manage resident expectations and resolve any issues or complaints
Carry out property visits and inspections
Liaise closely with site and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (essential)
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Strong time management and organisation
