Year 5 Teacher – Maternity Cover Teaching Personnel is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join one of our welcoming primary schools in York. This is a maternity cover position starting from May Half Term and continuing into the next academic year. We are seeking both full-time and part-time teachers, and applications are welcome from fully qualified teachers and ECTs. Pay will be £120 – £200 per day depending on experience. Qualifications and Experience Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Previous experience teaching KS2 pupils, ideally within a Year 5 or upper KS2 classroom. Experience working with children in an educational setting. Basic First Aid certification is desirable but not essential. A clear DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
