Role Overview
As a Scrub Practitioner/ Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital, you will be focused, detail‑oriented, empathetic, and possess excellent communication skills. You must be registered with the appropriate governing body, including NMC or HCPC, and hold post‑registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment. You are a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
* Work in a multidisciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
* Use state‑of‑the‑art technology, equipment, and facilities
* Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team
* Provide high‑quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
* Create high‑quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
* Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training
Qualifications
Registered with NMC or HCPC, with post‑registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment. Demonstrated teamwork, communication, and a commitment to high quality patient care.

Working Hours
Bank contract: not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
