A Property Manager is required to support the managing director of a property investment company involved in buying, selling and renting of residential and commercial properties. You will be required to: Access online banking, identify rental payments and post payments in the online software package Run reports on a regular basis Chase up DWP and individuals for rental payments Deal with repair requests Liase with contractors to get quotes and instruct work Send out tenancy agreements electronically via email Take payments over the phone Administer landlord licensing Keep the 3 vans insured, taxed and moted Handle incoming leads for people wanting to buy properties Progress property sales to completion Identify properties that are suitable investments and send on to management Work with property sourcers to procure property deals The position is 5 hours per day. The salary is made up of an hourly pay rate of £14.50 and performance bonuses of around £500 per month to total around £25,000 per year salary for a part time position.
