Our client, a leading international bank operating across EMEA, the Americas, APAC, India, and Japan, is expanding its Threat Intelligence capability. As part of a world-class cybersecurity organisation, they are committed to safeguarding the bank’s global operations and driving proactive defence strategies across all regions.
They are now seeking an experienced Threat Intelligence Analyst (VP) on a 6 month contract (Inside IR35) to join the Threat Management and Intelligence function, the central team that connects threat intelligence with offensive and defensive security operations across the business.

The Role
As a Threat Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing global cyber threats, shaping adversary emulation practices, and enhancing defensive readiness across the organisation.
You will collaborate closely with Red Teams, Blue Teams, penetration testers, threat hunters, and global stakeholders to ensure the business stays ahead of emerging threats and evolving adversary tactics.
This is a hands on, intelligence driven role in a collaborative, international environment that values discipline, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
* Monitor and analyse the global threat landscape to identify emerging risks, adversary TTPs, and sector specific threats.
* Act as a key liaison between Threat Intelligence, Red Teams, Blue Teams, and penetration testing groups to ensure intelligence is operationalised effectively.
* Integrate threat intelligence into Breach and Attack Simulation platforms and adversary simulation exercises.
* Support threat hunting by providing context and collaborating with hunt teams to refine hypotheses.
* Conduct threat actor modelling, focusing on motivations, capabilities, and potential business impact.
* Map threat behaviours using the MITRE ATT&CK framework to support detection engineering.
* Develop and maintain threat profiles, adversary emulation plans, and attack surface insights.
* Deliver high quality briefings, reports, and threat assessments to operational and senior stakeholders.
* Participate in incident response and provide threat attribution and contextual intelligence.
* Drive improvements in threat intelligence processes, automation, and tooling.
* Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions to align intelligence requirements and priorities.
What You Will Bring
* 8+ years of experience in threat intelligence, cybersecurity operations, or penetration testing.
* Proven ability to collaborate with Red Teams, Blue Teams, and SOC functions.
* Strong understanding of adversary TTPs, threat modelling, and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
* Experience with threat intelligence platforms, SIEM systems, and enrichment tools.
* Familiarity with Breach and Attack Simulation platforms.
* Hands on experience with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Kali Linux, and Pentera.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief both technical and senior audiences.
* Highly analytical, curious, and detail oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
* Experience operating in a global environment with multiple stakeholder groups.
