Senior Support Worker
TipTopJob is seeking a motivated Senior Support Worker to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Norfolk area.
This role is part of one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers and offers specialised care for residents needing residential, nursing, and dementia support in a peaceful environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents.
* Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals.
* Contribute to care planning and coaching of support workers.
* Promote services to relatives, prospective residents, and enquiry callers.
* Update and write care plans and resident documentation.
* Make realistic assessments of each resident to ensure continuity of care.
* Administer medication in accordance with policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Preferred Skills
* Proven experience working in a care setting.
* Good team player.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Genuine desire to care for others.
