About the Role

BakerHicks is looking for a skilled and motivated Associate – Mechanical Services to lead mechanical engineering delivery across a variety of exciting building services projects in Scotland. This is a leadership role for someone with strong technical expertise, project management experience, and a passion for mentoring teams and building client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead mechanical services design and delivery (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
* Conduct technical reviews and ensure quality compliance
* Act as the main point of contact for clients on key projects
* Support team development and contribute to strategic growth


What We’re Looking For

* Chartered Engineer (or working towards chartership) with CIBSE or equivalent
* Proven experience in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proficiency in Navisworks, NBS Chorus, and ideally Revit or IES
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
