About the Role As a Learning Support Worker in Cwmbran, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and specialist staff to support pupils aged 3–19 with a range of additional learning needs, including: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) ADHD Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) Speech and Language Difficulties Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Complex Learning Difficulties You will play an important role in helping pupils develop academically, socially, emotionally, and independently within a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment. The role may also involve supporting pupils with sensory needs, communication difficulties, mobility needs, and personal care routines where required.
