Salon Manager About Us: Lotus Salon Ltd is a growing nail and beauty salon based in Leicester, offering premium services including BIAB nails, acrylic extensions, threading, waxing, and facials. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily operations and support business growth. Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day salon operations • Supervise staff, including rota planning and performance management • Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction • Maintain hygiene, health & safety compliance • Handle client feedback and resolve issues • Drive sales through promotions and upselling • Manage stock, ordering, and daily takings • Support recruitment and staff training • Assist with marketing and social media activities • Keep services aligned with current beauty trends Requirements • Minimum 6 months’ experience in salon management or similar role • Strong leadership and communication skills • Good understanding of beauty industry services • Ability to manage staff and operations efficiently • Organised and customer-focused Job Details • Salary: £30000-35000 per year (depending on experience) • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent • Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (5–6 days per week, including weekends) LOCATION: 120, London Road, Leicester, LE2 0QS - UK.
