Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Functional/Application Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to begin a career in legal technology consulting, working closely with clients to configure applications, design workflows, deliver training, and provide post-go-live support.
Youll be part of a collaborative team that supports the full lifecycle of solution delivery, from initial requirements gathering to ongoing client success.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the configuration and implementation of legal practice and document management solutions.
Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements.
Support solution design and documentation, including workflows, templates, and user roles.
Deliver end-user training sessions and create supporting materials.
Provide post-go-live assistance, troubleshooting issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
Work closely with senior consultants and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Continuously develop your knowledge of legal technology and industry best practices.
What Were Looking For A recent graduate (Bachelors or Masters) in a relevant field such as Business, Law, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working remotely, with occasional travel to our London office.
