Role Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of web design and development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications. You will coordinate between developers, designers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, manage, and track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for web and e-commerce projects.
* Coordinate with developers, designers, and the content delivery manager to ensure seamless project execution.
* Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly.
* Ensure all projects meet quality standards, including CRO and SEO requirements.
* Report project progress to the managing director and account manager.
* Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
* Team Leadership: Assemble and lead project teams, assigning tasks, providing direction, and fostering a collaborative working environment.
* Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
* Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues that may arise.
* Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular updates on project status.
* Quality Control: Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and criteria.
* Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in project management, ideally in a digital or web design agency.
* Familiarity with web development, design processes, and digital marketing principles.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday).
As a project manager, you'll need to:
* Implement standard processes,
* initiate the project, check feasibility and work out budgets, teams and resources
* Carry out planning in accordance with the needs of your client, including setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks. Some tools, such as Gantt charts, can be used to create a visual project plan
* Select, lead and motivate your project team from both internal and external stakeholder organisations
* Manage the project, which includes coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget
* Carry out monitoring and control activities to track the progress of the project
* Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time
* Implement any necessary changes throughout the process
* Report regularly to management and the client
* Close the project - this includes evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for your next project.
