Job Description:
The Shared Service Centre (SSC) Transactional Manager will be responsible for the daily transactional management and reporting of SSC activities supporting finance functions for KLA European Legal entities, including Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, payments, Credit control, bank reconciliations, and supporting regional teams with monthly and quarterly closes.
The SSC is a key initiative for KLA, with expanding activities across Europe. The manager will ensure consistent service levels and foster strong relationships with regional finance teams.

* Manage daily transactional operations of the SSC
* Direct line management of the T&E and Payments Managers and support their teams
* Implement critical metrics to monitor SSC performance across Europe
* Document and standardize SSC processes aligned with global accounting policies and regional requirements
* Enhance relationships with local finance teams
* Foster a culture of team and individual development to improve performance
We are seeking candidates with:
* Experience leading a shared service finance team across Europe or similar high-volume transactional finance environment
* Strong understanding of transactional processes, risk analysis, and operational improvements
* Good technical accounting knowledge and understanding of SSC impact on financial results
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Experience working in an S-Ox environment with internal controls is advantageous
* Experience with SAP ERP systems is beneficial
* Excellent Excel and MS Office skills
* Problem-solving skills applied in previous roles
* Strong time management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
* Ability to thrive during busy periods
* Positive attitude towards challenges and teamwork
