Job Summary
CareTech invites applications for the role of Senior Support Worker in a beautiful and fully equipped setting where you will support children and young people to achieve their personal best. This role is part of our Children’s Residential Child Sexual Exploitation Service.

Responsibilities
* Join an experienced and supportive team within a fully equipped setting.

* Provide person‑centred support and uphold the highest standards of care.
* Participate in safeguarding and welfare activities, including DBS checks and reference provision.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated integrity and accountability, a strong commitment to responsibility, and enthusiasm in your actions.
* Experience supporting children and vulnerable adults in a high‑standard care setting.
* Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check and provide at least two references covering the past two years.

* Rate of Pay: £14.50 per hour (or £30,160 + £3,000 sleep‑in bonus annual average).
* Overtime paid at 1.25×.
