Role
Supporting the Operations Manager in supervising and coordinating a small hire team.
First point of contact for customer enquiries.
Responsible for receiving orders and collections of equipment.
Calculating and supplying of quotes.
Planning transport for deliveries and collections.
Working proactively with all departments.
Dealing with damages, calculating costs, liaising with customers regarding damages and ensuring payment is received.
Full training on product range will be given.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years' experience within the construction hire sector.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent multitasker.
* Flexible adaptable to change.
