About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our lovely F&B team at our private members luxury wellness club in the heart of Cotswolds.
As an F&B Assistant you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service for our members and be an ambassador for our ethos and values.
The Club by Bamford is open 7 days a week, so flexibility to cover a variety of shifts including weekends is essential.
HOURS:
40 hours
SALARY:
£12.60, plus tronc
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the line manager to create strategies for improving team performance, morale, and engagement.
* Lead with a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service & attention to detail Can do attitude to accommodate members' request
* First class communication skills with members and our Club team.
* Future management progression opportunities
* Come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Be an ambassador of our brand
* Responsible for drinks stock check and rotation
* Drive and organise menu changing tasting, support with Club events and workshops.
* Straight shifts, allowing you a great work-life balance
* Christmas Day & Boxing Day off Including New Year Day
Skills You Will Bring
* Previous bar experience is beneficial
* Confident in service and feels comfortable communicating with our members
* Great attention to detail
* Great time management and self-motivated
* Passion for food, beverage, and luxury hospitality
* A passion for wellness is beneficial but not essential
* Friendly and engaging.
