Your responsibilities include:
1. Order office supplies and equipment
2. Coordinate travel, transport, and amodation
3. Support and organise meetings
4. Handle customer queries via phone and email
5. Handle invoices, purchase orders, and document management

6. Immediately available for work for short-term cover
7. Strong administrative and coordination skills
8. Excellent organisational and time management skills
9. Excellentmunication skills
10. IT literate
11. Ideally, experience from a manufacturing environment
